Mooney Demolition’s reclamation yard sits on a 2-acre site at Gypsy Lane in Hockering, just off the A47 halfway between Norwich and Dereham.
The yard is stocked with thousands of reclaimed bricks, roofing tiles, flagstones, pamments, timber, cast iron and architectural salvage items — all sourced from our own demolition projects across Norfolk and Suffolk.
You are welcome to visit during opening hours to browse our stock in person. Our team can help you find what you need and load your vehicle. For larger orders, we offer delivery across Norfolk and Suffolk.
New stock arrives regularly as demolition projects are completed, so the yard is always changing. If you cannot find what you need today, it may come in next week — leave your details and we will call you when it arrives.

How to Find Us
We are located on Gypsy Lane in Hockering, just off the A47 between Norwich and Dereham. From the A47, take the turning signposted Hockering and follow the road — you will see our yard on the right.
We are 10 minutes from the Royal Norfolk Showground and about 10 minutes from both Norwich and Dereham.
